I booked 10 nights but left the next day because the hotel was filthy. The sheets and bed had black and yellow stains, the blankets were dirty, and there was a bad smell. I even found a spider in the bed. The room was freezing, and they asked me to pay extra for a small heater. There was no hot water, only cold water from the shower. I switched rooms several times, but the same problems continued. I sent photos as proof and asked for a refund, but they refunded none of the nights. I feel cheated and want my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Don’t pay in advance, because they won’t return your money.

This Fab hotel completely spoiled my trip. It was extremely unhygienic, and the manager mentally harasses guests and is far too proud of himself. We didn’t get the room we’d paid for. When we asked for an extra mattress, they charged us 1000 extra per day. I’d never book here, especially with family.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, with great service throughout. It was an excellent stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

The manager was rude and had no etiquette when dealing with guests. The rooms smelled unpleasant and didn’t feel clean. To me, the hotel seemed more focused on money than service. From my point of view, Hotel Deepak Palace fell short in every basic part of hospitality. I wouldn’t stay again, and I’d suggest others avoid it.

The management seemed disorganized, leaving guests confused and frustrated. Requests were ignored or delayed without any explanation, and there was no service to speak of. The manager was shockingly rude and unhelpful, even in simple interactions. I expected basic hospitality, but this was far below a reasonable standard. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Deepak Palace to anyone.
