The room itself was average, and I found the staff dishonest. At check-in they quoted 1500. We said we’d stay only at ₹1200, otherwise we’d leave. As we started to go, they accepted ₹1200, and we paid 3600 in advance for three days. When we asked to extend by one day, staff suddenly said the price was 1800 and claimed they never rent rooms for less. That’s false: the ₹1200 deal was discussed with several staff members present, but at checkout they all denied it. They brought in the auto driver who had taken us there, possibly as part of the scam, but he didn’t answer our calls. When we asked them to check the CCTV audio, they avoided the issue. Confirm the price in writing or avoid this hotel.

The rooms are dirty, and they keep switching off the AC even while guests are in the room.

WORST...! The AC was switched on but wouldn’t run. The whole hotel crew misled us, saying the AC outer couldn’t start. There was no cleaning, no bedsheets, and they couldn’t provide a basic dustbin. Staff behaved very badly. Once they had our money, they didn’t stick to their own words.

The staff were very rude, the rooms were in bad shape, and the facilities were very cheap.

A complete waste of money. The staff service was awful, and they just don’t know how to treat customers. Please don’t spend your money on this terrible hotel.
