Hotel Keshari Palace

The hotel even arranged a thorough external cleaning of my car before checkout without me asking, a first in all my travels. The kitchen is clean and visible, the restaurant is well-kept, and both breakfast and room service food were delicious. The property is beautifully maintained, centrally located, and all the featured amenities worked. Staff throughout, from the security guard at the door to room service and restaurant teams, were warm, professional, energetic, helpful, and cooperative, with a real sense of Indian hospitality. There was an issue with my booked room category. Two days BEFORE check in, the hotel called and offered a lower category room with complimentary dinner. I appreciated the honesty, and the issue was later sorted out. I checked in according to my booking. Strongly recommend it, and I’ll include it in my future travel plans.

WiFi worked well, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I was disappointed by breakfast, though. The cooks were kind, but I didn’t feel it was worth the price, since you can get a better breakfast much cheaper. I’d put the actual rate at 4.5.

A group of 52 family members and friends visited Banaras recently and stayed here. Everyone was very pleased with the stay and services, and people in the group praised them a lot.

The staff were polite, but I found them highly untrustworthy, so keep a close eye on your belongings and bills. My family and I stayed in room 3005 for 4 days. At checkout, I was billed for food I hadn’t eaten. When I asked them to check CCTV, they immediately rejected one bill. I didn’t have time to verify the others, so I paid and left for the airport. Be careful with Mr.Sahid Khan, the food bill generator. He is a cheat.
