We came from Lucknow, but the trip was ruined by promises the hotel never fulfilled. They said they would meet all our needs, including good rooms and food, but in the end everything went wrong. I would never go back or suggest anyone stay there.

We booked through AGODO and stayed for three days recently. The management was poor, there was no proper electricity, and the AC didn't work. There was no cleaning or maintenance, and the hospitality was very poor. They kept saying the EB power would shut down every day. We suffered a lot in the hot summer nights. Really, don't stay here.

The hotel is 100 meters from the newly constructed Ropeway, and Kashi Vishwanath Temple is within walking distance. Manager Manish also gave us guidance about boat riding, which I especially appreciated. Nice experience overall.

The reception staff were friendly and gave us information about places to visit, and the service was good. Kaalabairava temple is within walking distance, while the ghat and Kashi Viswanath temple are only 1.5 km away. The room is in a prime location. It's a family and couple friendly place to stay, and I'd recommend visiting.
