I stayed at Hotel Hello Banaras from the 21st to the 23rd. Cleanliness was excellent throughout, in both the rooms and common areas, and safety felt perfect, so the stay was worry-free. Being on the main road also made it easy to find transport at any time. The staff responded quickly, and apart from one issue, I had a pleasant stay. Power cuts happened around 5-6 times a day and lasted 20-30 minutes each. There is inverter backup, and staff restored power quickly when informed, but the AC doesn’t work while the inverter is in use, which was uncomfortable. I’d rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 and would still recommend it for its cleanliness, safety, and convenient location.

Hello Banaras is affordable, clean, and hygienic, and it’s a good place to stay. It’s away from the crowds around the ghats, so it’s fairly peaceful. It’s also a good option if you have work at BHU. The manager was humble, cooperative, and professional.

The area around the hotel seemed unclean and poorly maintained. Inside, the staff came across as rude, careless, uninterested, and irresponsible. Nobody seemed to listen properly to guests. With the hospitality and surroundings below expectations, I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful pilgrimage.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The rates were lower than at other places, and the saree shop had a good selection at reasonable prices. It’s a little far from the Mandir, which does give you some relief from the city’s hustle and bustle.

The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. Renting scooties right at the hotel made getting around easy. Great stay, highly recommended!
