I was very disappointed, especially by the rooms. All three were shabby and poorly maintained. Bed springs stuck out and hurt, and the bathroom pipes were in bad shape. The whole hotel was bad in my experience. It needs major renovation, and until then the hotel should stop offering these rooms to guests.
The toilet was dirty, and mosquitoes kept us company. They don’t respond.
The rooms are luxurious for the price and well maintained, and the food was so good. Service deserves appreciation too. One of the city’s best hotels.
Ms. Sunitha Pal (, Jhansi Rani lakshmi bai) recommended the food. She’s an energetic, fit young woman who seems suited to a manager role, and all the staff were cooperative. I’d strongly recommend this place to middle or upper middle class families. It isn’t posh, but it’s decent.
The reception person, gupta, was a good and helpful man. Management and staff were nice and friendly, and the food and service were excellent. The tourist property was kept clean, comfortable, and fresh. It’s also near the stations. Thanks a lot. 🙏
