Getting extra pillows or blankets took asking around five or six times, at least in my case. The service felt unprofessional, and the rooms were dirty, with even dirtier toilets. I wouldn't recommend it.

They took payment at check-in, then ignored our requests for service. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the hotel was so dirty that this was my worst experience so far.

The rooms were awful, with spit marks and damp patches in every corner. Service and everything else were just as bad. It felt like the people here only cared about money.

We booked through Agoda, but the hotel turned us away, saying they'd stopped taking online bookings two months earlier. Don't reserve a room here through any website. They only serve rooms for Couples ( Chaddar Badli ).

We arrived with our family after booking rooms online and paying in advance, only to be refused a room. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy. We were left without anywhere else to stay, and nobody seemed concerned about what happened to us. I'm very disappointed and frustrated by the experience. Their policies felt misleading, and I'd warn people about booking online here. Management should address the way customers are treated. Look at other options if you want a safe, enjoyable stay.
