Hotel Prince Palace

The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help, and the location was convenient. I found the room clean and comfortable, with great amenities. Had a wonderful stay at Prince Palace Hotel, and I'd highly recommend it.

From the rooftop café, you can see all of Varanasi, and there's a seating restaurant on the ground floor with freshly made food. Meals can be enjoyed under the stars or near a fireplace. There's also a maintained garden and a cozy swing. The place feels peaceful and homely, with a touch of luxury. Near Sarnath, The Prince hotel sits in a quiet, picturesque spot. Its boutique-style exterior has earthy colors, classic decor, cascading flower baskets, cobblestone paths, and softly lit outdoor seating. Inside, the lobby has plush sofas, a light floral fragrance, and soft music. Rooms have large windows for natural light and views of sunlight and moonlight, gardens. The beds and bedding are comfortable, and the decor mixes modern amenities with a hint of local culture.

We had to book an unexpected stay because our train and flight times didn't line up. We paid beyond 2k for just a few hours, and it wasn't worth even 500 bucks. The hotel is down a narrow street; our room was dark, the blanket smelled, and the air was stinky. The water bottles had broken seals, and even after asking, they didn't provide room freshener. A complete waste of money. Edit: The owner has the audacity to post lies and false responses to feedback. Please improve the service instead of posting lies.

I booked a room 15 days ahead for three days, but they gave me a small room with some stupid excuses instead. My kids barely slept because of mosquitoes, and we left after just one night. The management was awful. This place felt like hell, not a hotel. For a peaceful holiday, don't stay here. The railway station waiting room would be better.
