The parking isn't theirs. If you leave your car there, it may not come out on time. On a winter morning, I waited one hour with my family for them to open the gate at 6'O clock, but the two boys wouldn't wake up. Staff don't seem trained, and they didn't attend to us despite repeated calls. Very bad behavior. Don't pay in advance, pay only when you check out.

The bed was very hard, and the washroom was unclean with basic facilities missing. There were also water problems, with no water at certain times, even for flushing. At checkout, staff took the car key and behaved rudely, threatening us because jingo traveller hadn't completed payment to the hotel, even though we had paid them 98% of the package amount. I didn't feel it was safe for women. I've never experienced service this bad. Please DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.

The staff were helpful and behaved well. A very good experience at this hotel.

There was water leaking in the room, and when needed there wasn't water available. We had no towel or bathroom accessories. Staff were rude, smoking, arguing, and misbehaving, as if their only job was to show anger. They wouldn't generate a bill and would keep the full amount as though it were no-bill income. Zero hospitality, worst experience ever. Never go there.
