K B Palace is right by Banaras Railway Station, which made getting around easy. The hotel has a lovely fort-like building with a royal, heritage feel, and the rooms were peaceful, clean, and well-kept. Staff were very polite and helpful, always ready with a warm smile. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to people visiting Banaras.

The food was fresh and very good, and the staff were polite, helpful, and quick to assist. I spent two days at Hotel KB Palace and found the rooms comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It’s very close to Banaras Railway Station, so it’s convenient for travelers. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Banaras.

Ms. Nivedita at reception was especially polite and helpful, and the service was great. The food was fresh and tasty too. I found the rooms comfortable and clean at Hotel KB Palace, which is conveniently near Banaras Railway Station. Highly recommended.

I was highly dissatisfied, especially with the receptionist and staff, who were rude and had no manners. The room was filthy. They hadn’t changed the sheets or blankets, and even the ashtray had been used and left dirty. As a family, we found this unacceptable. When we asked for it to be cleaned, they replied, “if i need it..” Why would I want something that dirty in my room? For the price, this was a huge disappointment.
