Treebo Trend Hotel Vibe

I had booked three days and had an exam on the last day. The room changes and other problems made it the worst experience of my life. I had to switch rooms three times because the electricity or AC wasn't working. In the third room, a window pane was missing behind the curtains. I only noticed during heavy rain, when thunder sounded as if I were outside. The key card took around 20 minutes on average to get the electricity going after I put it in the holder. The room was full of little cockroaches, the kind that seemed able to get into your mouth, ear, or nose while you slept. Outside food wasn't allowed, and when we'd ordered some without knowing that, they wouldn't help with plates or cutlery. Some staff were professional, others weren't. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

It was my first time here, and arriving made me realize how nice the place is. The rooms are budget-friendly, and everything else felt excellent too. The food quality, the staff's attitude, and the way they spoke with us were all just right. I'll definitely come again with my family. Give it a try!

I booked Hotel RK Heights for my son's birthday party, and the banquet arrangements were amazing. The food was wonderful, service was excellent, and the staff behaved so well. Thanks to everyone at Hotel RK Heights. I'd encourage people to book a banquet here and make their party a lovely, memorable one.

I booked through booking.com. The front of the hotel looks good, but the rooms and service were awful. Staff weren't cooperative, and management wasn't good either. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's the worst hotel in Banaras. The booking site showed all facilities as available, but the room only had one bed and a washroom. The TV didn't work, and neither the AC nor the fan worked. I paid around 6,000 rupees for three days and nights, and it wasn't worth it.
