There was no room service, and just one guy named Soren was there. Mishra ji charged double for food and seemed more interested in tips. The manager was half learned and didn't know how to speak to guests. They charged us for water and complimentary breakfast. A pathetic place and a fraud, don't go there. Women's safety is a big concern.

I had a good stay, and the room was nice and clean. Drinking water was available too. I was given a ground-floor room, so there was a little noise, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The location wasn't good, and cabs don't serve that area. The room wasn't hygienic at all, and repeated requests to clean it got no response. Room service was poor. It's only okay if you have no expectations.

I stayed with a colleague at this good corporate hotel. The employee here was the best, attentive to what the guest needs.

The property had an awesome view, and the staff were very Coptic. The room was very neat and clean, with good AC.
