The warm, attentive service from Mr. Navneet jii and house keeping Mr Hamendar jii made us feel welcome. The food and drinks at click collection were flavorful, well prepared, and nicely presented. We had a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend it for the food and the hospitality. Thanks to everyone in the click collection family.

The owner has invested in the hotel very well, but the dining staff's service was especially poor, including room service from dining. They were lazy about serving and seemed more interested in enjoying their pay than doing their best for the hotel. Their behavior made me leave after almost 5 hrs. I'm very sad to say I would never recommend anyone visit until the dining staff are changed. I hope management notices this and takes action.

At check-in and throughout the stay, Front Office Manager Mr. Dhruv Pathak was professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. His efficient, guest focused approach made everything smooth and hassle free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with neat rooms, pleasant ambiance, and prompt service. I had a wonderful stay at Click Collection Hotel.

We stayed here twice, on either side of a 10 day road trip. The hotel is easy to find on maps, right by the NH and reached from a service road. Parking is outdoors, just outside what seems to be the hotel area past a picket fence. It was well lit, and we were told it was secure. The first check-in on the 18th went smoothly. On the return, our reservation wasn't showing in their system, but the front desk sorted it out using the email notification. Both rooms were adequate, though they could prepare them more carefully. Each time we had to go back and forth with housekeeping to get towels and other items properly stocked. The en-suite was clean. Hot water was available, but with the solar heating we had to leave the tap running for a while, which wasted water and was annoying. Staff directed us to the buffet, which had a limited but serviceable selection. That seems to be the trend at hotels in this price range.

Our families were very happy with the arrangements, comfort, and surroundings for the wedding celebration. The hotel was calm, elegant, and well maintained, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and the necessary amenities in place. The staff across reception, housekeeping, and room service were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. From check-in onward, they handled things professionally and made us feel welcome. It was a great choice for such an important occasion. We'd love to return, and I'd recommend it for a luxurious stay, excellent service, and a memorable experience. ❤️✨
