Hotel Varanasi Inn

The hotel management is very poor. Nobody seems to look after the place or the staff, who are inadequate for serving breakfast and dinner. They fight with guests and keep telling lies. If you ask for something at a meal, it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. The same answer comes each time, “sir, it’s coming now.” They’re doing everything except serving guests. Their website even has a photo of their waiter, which shows how short-staffed they are. Hotel varanci in is a very bad hotel.

The breakfast was the same every day: idli, wada, sambhar, bread and butter, and parantha. At buffet dinner, they favored people in large groups and told us to eat in our room. The room had lots of red ants, but staff refused to change it even after a few checkouts. The TV didn’t work, and they didn’t bother repairing it despite several complaints. We had a pathetic stay, the staff were uncooperative, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A family hotel in varanasi, right in the city center, with a shopping mall and multiplex within walking distance. The staff are supportive and always ready to help. Good service and a great location. Highly recommend.

The facilities shown online were completely different from what we got. Our room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stained bedsheets and a bad smell. The staff seemed unprofessional and didn’t respond properly when I asked for help. The location wasn’t convenient either, and the hotel environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable. It was a complete waste of money. I’d never recommend staying here, please avoid it.
