My wife and I booked online and stayed for three nights, January 22-25, 2026. The reception and staircases looked neat, with a flat TV and tiled floors, but the room was extremely disappointing. It was tiny, with a dirty, broken floor and barely any space to stand and change. There was no table, chair, or wardrobe, so all our luggage, clothes, bags, toothbrushes, soap, and other belongings had to stay on the bed. The washroom was filthy, and its faulty glass window let outsiders see inside, so I was always worried about privacy. There wasn't even a washbasin. When I washed my face at the higher tap after shaving or brushing my teeth, water splashed onto the floor and wet my legs and pajamas. The first morning, the tap had no water for a long time. Warm water was often unavailable because demand was high. I learned there was only one geyser for the entire hotel.

We spent two nights here, and the experience was deeply disappointing for the price. The main problem was the condition of the room and the staff's failure to fix it. When we checked in, the bedsheets were visibly dirty and covered in hair. I asked staff to change or clean them twice, but nobody listened and the problem remained throughout our stay.

The staff were rude, and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. They didn't honor what was promised at booking. Also, Agoda displays false information, so never book through them. They just know how to loot money. The place is down a very narrow street.

The person in charge was the worst. I wouldn't recommend coming here: it's far from every spot and tucked well inside the main gate. The charges are quite high. If you need a room, go to the ghat area, like dashashwamedh ghat, where there are many room service at every corner.
