Hotel Madin

The room was clean and just right, and we enjoyed the hotel's food and service. The restaurant staff were especially helpful. Reception, though, was grumpy. We arrived after a long day and didn't even get a smile, and things were no warmer the next day. That's why I took off a star. I hadn't expected so much on my first visit to Varanasi. I didn't take many pictures, just one of the indoor aquarium and the restaurant entrance.

My stay was pleasant, with comfortable, clean rooms, good amenities, and warm, professional staff. The hotel itself was excellent. My one reservation was the travel desk: transport and tour prices weren't transparent and were considerably higher than local options. I'd suggest checking with providers around town before booking through the hotel. Apart from that issue, it's a high-quality place to stay in Varanasi.

Food was a real highlight at Hotel Madin, Varanasi. The restaurant had Indian, continental, and regional choices, and everything I ate was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The portions were generous, the spices were well balanced for local and non-local guests, and breakfast had a satisfying range of options. The hotel also felt modern and elegant, with spacious, clean rooms and prompt housekeeping. Staff were courteous and ready to help, and the convenient location still felt peaceful. I found the comfort and service excellent, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a premium stay in Varanasi.

Mr. Vikram Shekhawat suggested we try the hotel restaurant, and we were glad we did. We'd planned to go out for dinner, but the food there was excellent and left us very satisfied. The staff were friendly and supportive. Thanks especially to Mr. Vikram Shekhawat for looking after us so well.
