The rooms were in terrible condition, and the sheets and other linen were dirty. The toilet was awful and the atmosphere was bad too. We booked this for an overnight stop on our road trip to Varanasi, but it was a horrible stay. The hotel and its amenities were very poor. Think a hundred times before booking, and don't rely on OYO either. It's useless. Avoid this place.

I originally needed a place for one urgent night and was considering another nearby hotel. I ended up staying all three days here because the hospitality was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly, and I felt safe. I love this place and will return 🙏

The staff and manager, Mr. Pandey, behaved terribly, like gangsters. They had no parking, and even basic services were missing. You can't argue with people like that. I'd personally tell everyone to avoid JumpOn@Palencia Inn.
10/10
It's in a quiet, safe area, and the room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was full speed too.

This hotel, its staff, facilities, and location were all terrible. I had a really rough time, like a nightmare, and I'd never go back, ever. It's so bad I wouldn't tell anyone to stay there.
