OYO 93524 Hotel Kashi Kothi

My family was stuck for almost 4 hours because this property seemed fake, and we felt cheated by Oyo. When we arrived, there was no hotel at the listed location. An Oyo customer representative had pushed us to pay in advance for a better discount, but after that our money was stuck and customer care wouldn't respond. We called the hotel directly, and a fake hotel manager asked if we had paid in advance. When I said yes, he cut the call and never responded. If you're travelling with family, don't book through Oyo. Tatally Bakwas, or the fraud app. 😡😡😡😡😡
