I booked a double-bed room through GOIBIBO for an Hourly stay, but was given a small single-bed room instead. It didn't look like the pictures online, and the actual quality was far worse, so the stay wasn't worth the money. The room itself was in unacceptable condition, with visible gaps in the cement and a poorly maintained appearance, well below basic hospitality standards. This mismatch caused significant inconvenience and was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on this experience. Please look into it seriously, take appropriate action, and offer a suitable resolution. I hope the issue is addressed promptly so other guests don't face the same thing.

Hotel Venkatesh had a peaceful feel and nice attention to detail throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with modern amenities. The staff were polite, helpful, and keen to make guests comfortable. Food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. For the price, it offers a lovely mix of comfort and luxury, whether you're here for work, a holiday, or with family. I’d definitely choose Hotel Venkatesh again.

The manager, Mr. Mishra, made this a very unpleasant stay. When I went to pay for the room, he insisted on cash and refused online payment. He was rude and said, "Cash do, nahi to jao yaha se," making it clear he didn't care about customer convenience. Later, I asked for a simple room cleaning and he shouted, "Zyada nautanki mat karo, apna paisa lo aur jao yaha se." That behavior was completely unacceptable and made me uncomfortable. I won't recommend this hotel. The owners and senior staff should address this and teach Mr. Mishra proper customer service. Courteous, professional staff matter in hospitality, and he falls far short.

Decent place to stay, but I wouldn't call it excellent. I paid 2000 per night and didn't feel it was worth the price. You can find better options in Varanasi.
