The Kashi Elegance Varanasi

The room was dirty, with hair, dirt, and garbage everywhere. The bedsheets and pillow covers looked used and unchanged, and the washroom was filthy and smelled bad. Old balloons were still on the ceiling, which made the poor cleaning obvious even though new guests had been given the room. Rats were moving around inside the hotel, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. Staff were irresponsible and didn’t answer calls, even during emergencies. The place is badly managed, unhygienic, and not worth the price. I strongly advise people to avoid it.

The location made getting to the important temples and ghats easy, and the staff helped me plan my days in Varanasi. I stayed in a deluxe room that was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel felt safe and well run, and the staff were cooperative and professional throughout. One of my best experiences in Kashi. I’d book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The room was only okay. The charging sockets didn’t work, and there were no clothes hangers in either the room or the bathroom. There wasn’t a washbasin in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasn’t attached to the room either. The guest house staff were somewhat cooperative and hardworking, though.

It’s a pretty clean place with good service, and the rooms are in a great location for kaal bhairav mandir and other places.
