We spent three days here, and the slow response from the person handling room service made things frustrating. We had to ask for basics like tea bags, bathroom slippers, and soap before they were brought to us. They also refused when I requested morning tea. It was a bad stay overall.

It was easy to get around from Uday Paramount Inn, Varanasi, since the railway junction is within walking distance and restaurants are nearby. The place was clean and well kept, and the lift was convenient. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay without any hassle.

The staff treated us pleasantly, and the rooms were very good. Having a kitchen facility was useful too. I had a good experience here.

The hotel is right on the main road, but away from the crowds, which was the best part for me. Rooms were very clean, with good lighting, and there was plenty of space in the bathroom and balcony. The lift worked properly, and there was an Android TV and car parking too. Thanks to the hotel staff.
