The food is good, and I have no complaint about it. But the service keeps letting me down. I’ve come here around 10 to 15 times, and each time the long-haired guy takes my order once, says he’s heard me, then never brings it. I keep wondering why this happens. Please ask him about it and improve the service. I’ll come back next time to see if things are better. If I’m satisfied, I’ll keep coming; otherwise, I won’t.

The fan in my room didn’t work, and they didn’t even seem to consider fixing it. I also had a below-average stay overall. The hotel is well away from town, with no restaurants within 1-2 km, and the restaurant prices are so high that hardly anyone can afford them. There’s a bike rental place nearby called "Glomar General Store taxi and bike hire". I think it’s a huge scam, so beware. The owner, Vency Furtado, charged more than ₹1000 a day for a beat-up scooter in South Goa. In North Goa near Baga, I got a new Fascino for ₹400 a day, and many places there charge less than ₹500.

The chicken fried rice smelled foul and was sticky. The half lollipop was overcooked and had a slightly burnt taste. My order wasn’t ready at the promised pickup time, either. When I pointed out the poor food quality, they explained it as though I was the one in the wrong.

The hotel was easy to get to from the city and well located. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and I had a wonderful stay. I’d happily recommend it.

I booked a room through an app showing 75% off, and it was the cheapest price I could find. On the day I was supposed to check in, I called the hotel to confirm, and they told me they don’t use that app or site. Then why are they listed there? People book through it, only to be told this at the last minute.
