After we'd confirmed the room and paid the full advance, they pressured us to cancel or offered a different property far from this location that didn't suit us. We'd already confirmed by phone with the owner that we were booking through agoda, and they had agreed. Later, they raised the prices and cancelled our booking, even though we had made it well in advance. This was deeply disrespectful and unprofessional, especially to people travelling from far away. Anyone considering the property should think twice.

The hotel is near the cliff border, but getting there means taking a narrow, trashy path. Staff aren't often at reception, though you can find them around if you look. It was hard to find the AC remote, and the fan only had an on/off setting, with no rotation control. We also found lizard poop in the bathroom. There weren't enough pillows either, just one small one per person.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, with a balcony looking out onto a well-kept garden. Someone was always at the entrance. Shops and restaurants along the main drag are just behind it, and North Cliff beach is nearby. I'd recommend it.

The place itself is good, but the rooms don't match the price and management is poor. The food wasn't good either. They need to make a lot of improvements.

The rooms are decent and have everything you need. It's quite close to the beach, though despite the name, you won't be able to see the beach from this resort.
