Royal Garden Resort

The staff were professional, well behaved, and available with service and support whenever needed. Our room at Royal Garden Resort was spacious, very clean, and well maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The food was superb and tasted fresh. The one drawback is that the room rates are a bit higher than other hotels or resorts in the area. Still, the comfort, cleanliness, and food made for a good stay.

There were enough activities to keep the family busy, from the clean, supervised pool to the kids’ play area and open space to run around. The gardens were lovely for relaxing, walking, and family photos. We visited Royal Garden Resort for a one-day family picnic, and found it green, peaceful, and well maintained, a welcome break from the city. The staff were polite and helpful from arrival. Food came on time, was tasty and hygienic, and there was a good range for adults and children. The seating and dining area were clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant day out, with a calm atmosphere, good food, and enough to keep everyone happy.

The room was very basic and hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived. There was broken glass on the floor, and I got hurt. The poolside is nice, though it feels more suited to a kids’ picnic than to adults. The food was good, but the stay was only just above average.

We had a good weekend here, with helpful staff and nice service. The rooms were decent and worked well for families. Food shouldn’t be a problem: the Kathiyawadi restaurant is really good, and there’s another option serving continental and Indian food. A relaxed weekend spot for families.
