We had no water in the daytime, and the bathroom flush barely worked. Free WiFi was advertised, but there was hardly any internet. Getting our luggage in was chaotic too, with the bad road and awkward entrance, and there’s no parking of their own. Room cleaning was awful. We had to keep asking for service, and the woman who came only rarely asked us for money each time. We paid her, but the room still seemed untouched. We were ignored repeatedly during our four-day stay, and the room went 48 hours without being cleaned. Hotel Prakash may have good rooms, but the service was a big disappointment. I’d say no.

The staff shouted at another guest when he asked about WiFi, which was really unprofessional. We had no WiFi or TV as advertised, and our room wasn’t clean either. We raised these problems, but management did nothing. For what they charge, this service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless there’s absolutely nowhere else to go.

When one of our group asked about the problems, staff were arrogant and shouted at him. Management took no action after we reported the issues. The service is unacceptable for the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

No water, broken AC, unhygienic rooms, bad service, and arrogant staff. The rickshaw fellow will take you there, but don’t fall for it, it’s a scam.
