Adithya Nature Resort & Spa

The beautiful location and greenery were the only reasons I gave this stay one star. Everything else was stressful and poorly managed, from service and hospitality to maintenance. On checkout day, we had no water for bathing or even basic use, and had to keep following up with staff. Breakfast was another mess: food ran out within an hour, wasn't properly replenished, and many guests had to go out to find something to eat. The property seemed to suit about 50 guests, but management overbooked it far beyond what they could handle. Rooms weren't ready until 4 PM even though we'd booked in advance, leaving families waiting after travel. We had booked a balcony luxury villa, but were given a normal villa on the first day with no proper explanation. Only after repeated follow-ups every 30 minutes were we moved to the villa we originally booked on the second day, around 8 PM, and even then proper bed linens hadn't been arranged. They had collected an advance and later said the booking was under a “different management,” which felt misleading and unprofessional. Instead of the advertised luxury resort experience, our first accommodation looked more like a bachelor homestay setup. The whole stay fell far below expectations.

The resort was so overbooked that management seemed to have no control, and the stay was nowhere near what we expected. Room service took multiple follow-ups for every request, basic amenities were missing, and even the complimentary breakfast came with an extremely long queue. Check-in was chaotic too: we waited over an hour past the promised time without updates, apologies, or hospitality. Five hours later, we still hadn't received the rooms we'd booked. Such a beautiful location, but the experience was deeply disappointing.

Aditya Resort the Ruby Villas was a fantastic budget stay for couples. The price was affordable, the rooms were top-tier, and the young staff gave excellent service. The pool is the only downside. It's quite small and 'too bad' compared with how nice the rest of the resort is.

Mr. Hisham, the Resort Manager, deserves special thanks. His personal attention and leadership came through in the guest experience, and the team reflects his dedication. Everyone was genuinely warm, courteous, and attentive, anticipating what we needed without intruding. We felt valued from the moment we arrived. The stay had a calm, quiet sense of luxury that only got better. Adithya Nature and Spa Resort brings together natural beauty, excellent service, and outstanding hospitality for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Literally everything was great.
