The cottages sit among a tea garden, with lots of greenery and a soothing morning view from the balcony. They're spacious, have balconies, and the bathrooms have tubs. There is a pool too. The location is on the way to Soochipara falls and 900 Kandi. The main downside is that food isn't available, and the nearest restaurant is 15-20 minutes away.

I booked through easemytrip for four adults, and the booking clearly showed four. When I called the resort to confirm, I was shocked to hear the room could only take two people and that I would need to book and pay for another room. This doesn't seem fair. Booking directly costs more, and with an online booking I ran into this issue.

The road to the property was easy to access, and the whole place was clean and well maintained. The rooms, halls, and kitchen were all spacious and kept in good condition. Amazing stay.

We stayed in a villa with about 13 members, shared the space, and had a great time throughout.

We had a good breakfast, and the kids really enjoyed using the swimming pool, which we appreciated being allowed to access even though this was a homestay. But during our stay from 01-05-24 to 3-05-24, no service was provided at check-in or check-out, so we had to carry our own luggage. The homestay had no A/C, the bathroom window was open, and the tube light wasn't working. There were lots of ants and webs in the rooms, a foul smell in the kitchen, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly.
