Taaza holiday hills

The rooms and surroundings are good, but cleanliness is lacking. The walls and other parts of the buildings look old and dirty. Most of the lights in the rooms don’t work, just one in six, and neither do the TVs or fans. There’s AC, but no remote to control the temperature.

Bazid at reception was a gem, and the staff were always helpful and ready to take care of what we needed. The suite was really cosy and affordable, and the hotel food was tasty, with prompt delivery so there was no need to go elsewhere. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay.

We had a good time with the family, and the room was spacious. The pool wasn't properly maintained, though, and there's no power backup. The property sits behind the main Taaza Residency, with no intercom connection and poor lighting in the parking area. Service also needs to improve.

There aren't really any facilities or activities here, and even the pool is tiny, dirty, muddy, and tucked into a shady spot with no temperature control. This feels like a basic lodge, not a holiday resort. It might suit people who spend all day sightseeing and only return to sleep, though you could find better service elsewhere. The hotel is outside the lodge, and they don't bring tea or coffee in the morning. They also treat the included breakfast as a free extra, so the portions are too small.
