Viewpoint Wayanad by OYO Rooms

The homemade food was a real highlight, and the hosts made me feel like one of the family from the start. I also appreciated the little personal touches, like morning chai in the garden and their useful tips about the area. The homestay is peaceful but still well connected for nearby attractions. My room was roomy, clean, and had what I needed. A lovely, cozy place for a relaxing local experience.

The setting was pleasant, but the rooms didn't meet expectations, and the service was disappointing.

The View Point Resort in Wayanad has lovely scenery and clean rooms, with friendly service. It's a peaceful option for nature lovers, with trekking and nearby attractions to explore. The facilities are on the basic side, though, and there could be more food choices. Good for a quiet break, but probably not for anyone after luxury or gourmet meals.

This resort is still developing, but the management is very good. It's a family-run place, especially under Joncy and her husband.
