The Banasura lake view is marvelous, and there’s plenty to do, so I never felt bored. It was such a peaceful, refreshing getaway, just what I needed. The food was amazing, and the staff were always around to help with a genuine smile. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The activities kept our stay engaging: there were indoor and outdoor games, cycling, pottery, and culinary experiences. We also enjoyed the live music and the delicious food, with lots of breakfast and buffet choices, including vegetarian options. We spent three days at Mountain Shadows Resort for our anniversary, and they made it memorable with thoughtful touches. Mr. Manu Varghese, the manager, arranged a cake in our room and decorated the bed with roses. He also showed us around the resort and nearby area so we could make the most of our visit. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with every room facing Banasura Sagar Dam lake and green hills all around. The pleasant, cool weather added to the atmosphere. It’s a lovely place to unwind, and we’d love to return. 😊❤️

Getting to Mountain Shadows takes patience. The access road is painful, and it can test you before you arrive. Once there, though, the views of the dam and its islands are jaw-dropping, unlike anything I’ve seen before. The rooms are beautifully appointed, service is great, and the resort feels like a hidden gem worth the journey.

We came with three families, and there was plenty for the kids to enjoy across the 20-acre property. It’s also a good place to slow down and relax, with lots of leisure facilities and reliable internet. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
