I stayed two days and one night, on 03/02/2026 and 04/02/2026. The vegetarian restaurant was superb, and service was lightning fast. The staff were very courteous, and the rooms were nice and well maintained, with that classic luxury hotel feel from the early 2000s. The bathroom taps need a little attention, and the internet connection could be better. I highly recommend it for solo or family stays. Excellent experience.

The little thoughtful things made our visit special. Lokesh, who was on morning duty, had already brought hand bowls for my grandma before I could ask. He was calm, respectful, and attentive without hovering. Praveen was just as kind and prompt, making sure we had proper cutlery and helping us with a warm welcome. I had dinner at Darling, Vellore with my grandma, and the food was good too. It was the genuine care from the staff that made the meal memorable. Thanks to the team for such a pleasant visit. We'll definitely come back, and I'd highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a commercial area, so the view wasn't very good, but it's well located. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the TV and intercom both worked properly. Room service was really poor. It took about half an hour just to get a cup of tea, after a long struggle to get the service set up.

The rooftop non-veg restaurant had a lovely ambience, and I really enjoyed it. The vegetarian hotel felt authentic, though the options were limited. It's a vintage hotel in Vellore, and everyone from the front office to security was friendly. The banquets were always very busy when I saw them. Local people seem to consider them very auspicious for family functions.
