Hotel Royal Grande

We spent three nights and four days at Hotel Royal and had a pleasant stay. It’s neat and clean, has good facilities and sits in a prime location. Ms. Sharanya listened to our concerns and found quick solutions, while Mr Praveen, who manages the restaurant, treated guests really well. The breakfast buffet was tasty and very good. For facilities and budget, I think it’s the best hotel in Vellore. I’d recommend it. Thanks to the staff.

I keep coming back because of the staff’s support and cooperation. Madam Seetha was especially helpful and good at solving problems during both check-in and check-out. GM Mr Venkatesan Sir also impressed me with his positive approach. The facilities feel like those of a four-star hotel. Breakfast is good, though it should be served hot. Keep it up.

The convenient location and welcoming atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay at Hotel Royal Grande, Vellore. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the courteous staff were attentive and ready to help with a smile. Service exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Vellore.

The rooms are neat and clean, but the bathroom taps have very weak pressure, and the commode shower is weak too. Getting a lassi from room service was a painfully slow process. I waited around 30 minutes or more in the evening and had to call reception five to seven times to follow up. One gentleman at reception and the front office always responds negatively. At checkout, they kept me waiting for more than 35-40 minutes.
