Kumaran Millennium Residency by OYO Rooms

Good restaurants and shops are nearby, and it’s very economical. Their suite room is the best.

The internet was very slow, and the tariff was high when better hotels are available for half the price. There’s no kitchen, so don’t expect morning tea or coffee. Bathrooms were dirty, the mirror was broken, and most of the fittings were worn out. They provide complimentary breakfast, but it comes from local street vendors. The language issue was a major problem too, since everyone speaks only Tamil. If you don’t speak Tamil, you’ll be in trouble.

The location is easy to reach and the stay was comfortable. Hot water was available, though there was no parking. A few small improvements, like complimentary bath essentials, would have been welcome, but I’m not sure whether other rooms had them. Edit: The room AC may have made us sick. I don’t know if it’s maintained properly, but three weeks after the stay we’re still dealing with the cold infection we got there.

The rooms are just okay. The hotel’s location is the main good point, right opposite Zudio, vellore. Amritha Veg Fine dine hotel is within walking distance, which is handy.
