The room was good, but there were several lizards in the corridor at night, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about maintenance and pest control. We booked two rooms, and there was also a lizard inside one of them. Management should deal with this urgently.

We stayed for two days with our two kids and toured around. The family room was good and reasonably priced. The 12 pm checkout is the main drawback, so plan ahead, as many hotels I asked about offer 24-hour checkout. There aren't many good restaurants nearby. Since we had a car, we went to Anantam pure veg restaurant, about 1 km away.

Whenever I visit Vellore, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very nice, and the people are good too. Baburam helps with whatever you need, and the manager is very good.

It's good, but you have to go out for everything. There's no service available apart from the room.

The rooms weren't clean, and nobody seemed to care about service. It felt like they were only after money, and the place didn't match the details shown. There was no Wi-Fi or water bottle in the room, just one shared bottle for everyone. There wasn't a disposable glass either, only one plastic glass meant to be shared by all the guests. Pathetic. I'd never recommend this place. They advertise free breakfast, but there's no restaurant. They brought four rock-hard idlis from a roadside place, impossible to eat, and the cockroaches in the rooms were awful. I checked in at 12:30 am and had no other option, so I had to put up with all of it. I've uploaded photos for you to see.
