There was no network coverage, so I couldn't make voice calls. The room didn't have a key either. I'd never seen a hotel room without one. The room was dirty, including the linen, bedsheet, and walls, so I had to sleep under my own blanket. The bathroom window looked awful, and the rusty area had cigarettes that smelled really bad. The AC was stuck around 23-24 degrees. I set it to 31 on the remote, but the room stayed too cold. I tried using the fan instead, but it creaked all night, so I ended up sleeping without either the fan or AC. I barely slept. Getting into the room was already a horrible start. I arrived at 7:50PM, and they said it would be ready in 30 Mins. After waiting two hours at night, at 9:50pm they said it was available and I checked in. I didn't know that was only the beginning of a terrible experience. The hotel was pathetic in every possible way.

It's a calm setting because of where the hotel is. Tourist attractions are a little far, but the distance is manageable. The rooms are quite neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. A solid yes from me.

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bathrooms had cockroaches. There were spider webs everywhere, and the blankets and bedsheets were dirty. The rooms and service were pathetic, and this is the worst room experience I've had so far. There was only one receptionist, and they wouldn't help in any way. Don't choose this place.

Despite asking repeatedly throughout my three-night stay, they couldn't arrange a TV or cable connection. The hotel is shown as having spacious rooms, but they aren't spacious in reality. There is no room service and no hotel nearby. Very horrible.
