The owner treated me well, but the staff ignored all my requests. After they realized I’d booked on an offer, they gave me a room with a broken AC and geyser, so my experience was kind of bad.

Even though I had an OYO booking, the receptionist refused to let me check in and seemed greedy for more money. He was arrogant and mannerless, and suggested I go to the nearby Elite hotel, which had the same management. Horrible experience. I’d advise people not to book here, especially if they’re coming from far away.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was quick and spot on. The place looks beautiful and neat, with a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. Staff were friendly and spoke to us respectfully. I liked how they welcomed and treated us. I’m fully satisfied and will definitely come again with my family. Totally worth it!

I stayed here a year ago and wasn’t impressed then. Things have improved a lot since: the rooms are much better maintained, and the staff are polite and quick to respond. I had a great experience this time.

The staff are friendly too 😊. It’s easy for bachelors to go out, and they have a penthouse with perfect party vibes for bachelors 🥳🥳🥳
