The smell in the washroom was awful, and when I raised it with the owner or worker, he told me to leave and refused a refund. The toilet was terrible, there was no room boy, and the AC didn't work. The pillow cover and bedsheets were awful, and there were too many mosquitoes. They don't give receipts, and I wouldn't recommend this place for families. Sleeping on the floor at the bus stand would be better.

The location was the worst part for me, with no shops nearby. There was no water facility and frequent power cuts. The rooms were tiny and dirty, and the owner kept trying to charge for unwanted things. Staying in this location feels like the easiest way to die.

They didn't provide basics like soap or towels, and there's no lift, just stairs to come down. The bathroom was very dirty and the flush didn't work. Room service was poor and stopped at 10:00pm, even though AC and a gheezer were listed, they weren't working. The bedsheets were filthy, the pillows had stains, and service response was poor. Worst room I've experienced in sridevi grand.

The room wasn't clean enough and maintenance was poor, especially in the bathroom. The geysers weren't working.

They use old photos, while the actual condition is pathetic. They also ask for extra money beyond what was paid online. Worst hotel, don't go here.
