The staff didn't help or seem to care, and I felt cheated after trusting the reviews. I expected better from OYO. The room was filthy: the sink and bathroom were in terrible condition, the sheets, pillowcases and pillows were dirty, and there was old food left on the bed. Mosquitoes kept appearing even after I'd killed more than 20, so resting or sleeping was impossible and it felt like a health risk. I've attached photos of the mess and mosquitoes. I don't want to stay here any longer. Please move me to another OYO property with proper hygiene, or give me a full refund if that's not possible, and take strict action against this property. The stay has caused me stress and discomfort and made me lose trust in the OYO brand. I expect an urgent response and resolution.

Not recommended for a family stay, friends, a party, or anything. We booked for three people but got a room for two, with no space for another bed and no extra beds available. One room had a broken flush, another had no working power sockets at all, and one had a TV that didn't work. The staff were rude and had no idea how to speak to guests or keep the rooms and corridor clean. The staff fellow was watching me while I took this picture. Worst experience ever.

Compared with other low budget hotels, this one is amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I visited recently and think it's the best. I'd recommend everyone check it out.

I picked it because I had a meeting at Hyatt Place. Simply super, and good in all the services.

We had a really bad stay. The bathrooms were disgusting, everything was unclean and there was no maintenance. When we called reception, they didn't answer or come fix anything. I don't understand how people give this place five stars. Definitely not for families, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
