We appreciated that the staff stayed polite and found us another room even though it was late. Management also acted quickly after we reported the problem the next day. Still, the replacement room had cleanliness problems too, so the response didn't fix the stay. In the room we first checked into late at night, the sheets were stained and someone's bras had been left behind. It was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived. For a 3-star hotel asking around ₹5,000 a night, basic hygiene and room preparation should be expected. The whole experience was very disappointing. 😕

Getting around was easy, with Swiggy and Blinkit available, and Ola and Rapido too. The hotel sits a little way into the lanes off the main road market, but that wasn't an issue for me. The rooms were spacious and felt luxurious, with all the amenities, and they were clean. Staff were courteous, and it felt worth the price.

The staff were friendly and service came on time. My room was neat and clean, and the hotel had a luxury feel. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good, secure stay in vijayawada.

My room was roomy, which was a real plus 🤩. Service wasn't good, though, and there wasn't much else that stood out. The location was just okay, down very small streets, and parking was a problem. Still, it wasn't all bad, just a decent enough stay. 🤷♀️✨

The rooms were really good, and I felt comfortable with the service. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for gatherings. Thank you.
