Hotel O MVP Double Road

There was no security, no daily room cleaning, and barely any service staff. The door lock didn't work, and even basic things like buckets were broken. There was just one employee, an elderly man, whose behavior toward guests was extremely rude and indecent. Ordinary lodges are much better. Even for ₹500, you can find one with basic facilities and proper service. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

The AC didn’t work, and when I reported the problems they were brushed aside or denied. The geyser was there but useless, and staff said it worked even though the temperature switches had been removed. The room smelled bad and looked neglected, with old-looking sheets and comforters and a bathroom in terrible shape. The online photos on Agoda showed a lovely place, but they didn’t match reality at all. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. Dirty linen, bad smells, broken amenities, and misleading photos. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rate felt like that of a three-star hotel, but the room and service were awful. There’s no kitchen, and room service wasn’t good. The rooms and bathrooms were shabby and unkempt, with paint worn away in places and stains on the walls. Water from the bathroom leaked into the bedroom, and the health faucet was positioned far from the commode. The person at reception was rude and had no hospitality. It wasn’t worth it, and I’d avoid staying here.

I was charged 400/- for early check-in, even though the manager, Surender (not remember exact name), had said on the phone there would be no extra charge. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and full of mosquitoes. There was no proper upkeep during my stay. It wasn’t worth the money, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
