They charged RO. 5000/- for a double room, though it felt worth only RO 1500 to 2000. The bathroom wasn't clean, and even after asking two or three times they didn't clean it. They didn't provide soap or shampoo either.

There's no cleanliness, and the way customers are spoken to is awful. The people here are very bad. Please don't stay here. I'd sooner sleep on the footpath than go back.

They took my money and messed up my journey. I left within two hours, and they hadn't even provided bathroom towels. This place doesn't deserve a single star.

Good staff and very good service for an affordable price. The hotel also felt very secure.

They act friendly at check-in, but after that they treat you as though you're staying for free. The room wasn't cleaned, and there were no towels. I had to keep asking for them. The reception staff were also awful about our checkout. We arrived at 2 am and were told we could leave at 7am, but the night before we planned to go, they insisted we had to check out at 2 am and would charge the full amount for even one extra hour. We had a 3 year and a 9 year old kid. We offered more money to stay until 7am, but they refused. I'm sure it was because we turned down their tour offer, which they quoted at 9k when the normal price was 7k. We booked the same travels for 7k, and had to leave at 2am. Worst place to stay.
