Oyo 17223 Green Guest House

We stayed for 10 days because a family member was in the hospital, and many rooms have problems. Our TV didn't work, the sink leaked, the hot water wasn't working, and there was no restaurant. We told them we would check out late and were told it was fine. But when we left, they charged us for an extra day because we were delayed, so be careful to leave on time. NRI hospital has a lab on the second floor of the building. Sometimes the lab medicines caused us problems, including watery eyes and difficulty breathing. The place is very close to NRI hospital, which is useful if you're staying at the hospital for a long time. Consider alternatives such as renting a home, which costs much less.

Getting around from here was easy, and there are a few decent places to eat nearby. For a proper lunch or dinner, though, Hotel Meghalaya is a better option, and it serves food until 3 AM. The staff were good, housekeeping kept things clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. A good-value place in Visakhapatnam.

They advertise as pet friendly, and I called before paying to make sure. They confirmed pets were allowed, then refused to let mine stay once I had paid. When I asked for my money back, the staff were very rude and wouldn't refund it. I don't recommend this hotel. I'll also file a complaint with oto.

The beds were neat and it’s a nice place to stay, but there are some practical problems. You have to call reception to switch on the AC, and the remotes don't work properly. The lift only serves three of the four floors.
