Treebo AR Grand, Gajuwaka

I work in service and have travelled all over India, staying in all sorts of hotels. This is the worst hotel and reception staff I’ve come across. A dormitory would be a better stay. Everyone seemed to want a tip. On my first three stays, the reception staff looked gentle, but after that I saw what the staff and management were really like. They’re all money-minded. Don’t fall into their trap. This hotel is only for Chapri's.

The outside of the hotel looks attractive, but my experience inside was disappointing. The washrooms in the function hall rooms and the shared toilets were badly maintained, with too little light. AC pipes run through the toilets, and water was visibly leaking from them. The property needs major work on cleanliness and maintenance to reach an acceptable standard.

Check everything carefully before staying here. I’d only choose this hotel if there’s nowhere else nearby or your budget is low.

The rooms were okay, but the staff and owner are frauds who loot you, in my view. After the room was cleaned, the cleaner stole my wallet and took 10000 in cash. They also charge for random things. They billed me 1000 rs for a small stain on a towel. These people are frauds.
