Hotel Gayatri palace Vrindavan

The location is great, close to the market and main road. The room itself wasn’t good, though, and for a big family like ours there wasn’t one suitable, affordable room to stay in. Put the room aside, and it’s a great area for getting to the temples and other places.

Everything here is well provided, and the owner is very friendly and treats everyone really well. For over a year, whenever I need a reasonably priced stay in Vrindavan, I keep booking this hotel.

Very disappointing. The staff didn’t coordinate with each other, and even though I had booked online and the payment had gone through, they denied that we had a booking. The staff’s behavior was disgusting, and the owner I paid had switched off his phone. Highly unprofessional.

The location is a plus, so it might do for just one night. The rooms were very average, the curtains were torn and smelled bad, and there was neglect around keeping things clean. We asked for room freshener and waited an hour for it. Our driver had negotiated 1k with them, but they later charged extra without any reason.
