Sunday evening brings a lively local market to the area, and the hotel is handy for visiting Prem Mandir, other temples, and Mathura. There are plenty of food choices nearby, with the hotel directly above Brijwasi/Brijnervala. No breakfast or room service, though that wasn’t much of a problem for me. Mr. Harvir was especially welcoming, and the staff in general were helpful. The rooms were neat and clean, with towels, floor mats, and soap, but little beyond those basics. They can get noisy, which makes sense given the location. The setup is simple and functional, and the rates seemed around 15-20% higher than I first expected, though still reasonable for the area. A good choice for a temple trip if you keep your expectations simple.

We decided on Prem inn on the spur of the moment during our Vrindavan Mathura trip, and it turned out to be a lucky choice. Deepak Choudhary ji made booking much easier and helped the whole experience go smoothly. The rooms are good, but the location is what really lifted the stay for me.

The staff made the stay feel really convenient for getting to nearby places, and I liked the service a lot. Mr Dharamveer gave excellent service, and Mr Harveer at reception was clear and polite when helping us. Everyone spoke politely, and the room service was amazing. Had a great stay. ❤️🎀 ❣️

There were rats in both of the rooms we booked, 214 and 215. We showed the staff video proof, but they argued and made excuses instead of taking responsibility. With the hotel sold out, they couldn’t move us, and at that time they offered neither a proper fix nor a refund. That response showed poor management and no concern for guest safety or hygiene. Staying with rats is unsafe. This was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Avoid this hotel if you care about cleanliness and basic service. I strongly would not recommend it.
