The property had a calm, devotional atmosphere that made the stay feel peaceful and spiritually uplifting. The staff were polite and supportive, and the rooms and washrooms were clean and well kept. Being near ISKCON and Prem Mandir made temple visits convenient, especially with family and senior citizens. I'd recommend it to families wanting a comfortable, peaceful stay in Vrindavan.

Having a temple within the hotel grounds was a lovely part of the stay. The hotel is close to Shri Banke Bihari Temple, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. They could improve the meal plans for guests staying in-house, but we had a great experience overall.

Our trip was cancelled, and Mahesh from Shri Thakur Ji Niketan, Vrindavan, returned the entire payment within minutes. He didn't hesitate or make us answer unnecessary questions, and there was no hassle. He had helped us book the hotel at the best possible price, and his honesty and service really stood out. One of the smoothest, most trustworthy service experiences I've had. I highly recommend him.

The only problem we had was with the room locks. Everything else was really good: the place was beautiful, devotional, and clean, the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean too. Service was good, and the food tasted just like home.

Mr. Deepak Dutt made our stay especially memorable with his friendly conversation and courteous manner. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and guided us with real care and sincerity. The service was warm and prompt throughout. Thakur Ji Niketan is clean and well maintained, with a peaceful spiritual feel that suits Vrindavan, and it's in the serene Bakebihari Colony. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and heartfelt hospitality.
