We ended up waiting almost 14 hours for a room, only to be disappointed. They had taken 5000 Rs in advance even though no rooms were available. The owner, Sandip, was a bad guy to deal with, though the other staff were supportive. We had to call the police over the booking mess, and thanks to Vrundavan police, we got 3000 back from the Hotel. I wasn’t satisfied with the service.

The staff were rude, and the whole room smelled horrible. Both bathrooms were filthy, with feces on the seat in one of them. It was dirty and unhygienic from the moment we arrived. This place shouldn’t be listed as a hotel, and I strongly advise people not to book it.

They take an advance but don’t provide a room when you arrive. I never expected this to happen in such a divine place. Please report this hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful, and they gave good advice whenever we had a query. They arranged our pickup from the railway station and helped us rent vehicles for just ₹500 per day. Security was excellent, so we felt safe and peaceful. We spent 7 days at Radha Krishna Spiritual Stay in Omaxe, Vrindavan. The location is right between the town, making it easy to get to the temples and main places. Our spacious room had AC, a geyser, TV, Wi-Fi, a fridge, dining table, kettle, balcony and RO water. Food was brought straight to the room, which was very convenient. There’s a Reliance Fresh (like Dmart) nearby, along with food courts, and the parking area was a big plus. It felt like a homely, spiritual stay. Radhe Radhe 🙏😊

The owner was rude, and this was a bad service provider. They took advance money but didn’t provide rooms, so we had to call the police to report it. It’s a scam.
