The Tulsi Garden

The rooms and facilities were acceptable, but we were charged for food and drinks we hadn’t consumed. It’s ridiculous that customers have to justify the hotel’s billing mistakes. Jai Sri Krishna. Tulsi garden staff had been after us for a Google review for the last three days. They offered us a 15% discount on our next stay if we left out the negative experience. I hope they’ll appreciate honesty and transparency and use this feedback to provide a better experience in the future.

The rooms are really nice, the food is amazing, and the staff are super great. Special thanks to ms. Ritika, who hosted me so nicely during dining and took good care of the food and service. It was my first time at this hotel. I’d planned to stay at Radisson, but changed my plan at the last minute, and I feel I made the right decision. Thanks you.

The common areas could have been cleaner, and the room cleanliness wasn’t up to what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, though. Thanks to Kumkum, Kanhaiya and Anshu at the reception desk for their support and guidance during our stay.

We spent three days here on a family vacation. The rooftop restaurant was a favorite, and the food was very good. Our room was good too, and having parking was handy. The staff made us feel welcome, always smiling, especially ms anshu,kumkum, who were very helpful. We liked the stay enough to tell others about it.
