The one decent feature was the lift. For ₹1700 a night, the executive room felt more like a dharmshala: there was seepage on every wall, and the bathroom floor stayed wet because it had no tiles or wiper. The geyser needed a call at 5 am before they would switch on its master switch. The TV subscription had expired, so no channels were available. There were no glasses or electric kettle unless requested, since they said some guests boil Maggi in them. A garbage dump sat in the nearby plot.

The location in Chaitanya Vihar was good, near Prem Mandir and Iskon Mandir. I found the rooms neat, clean, and well maintained, and the water and food quality were very good. The services were also well maintained. The managers and other staff behaved very well, including Manager Rahulji. I wish to stay at Hotel Vrinda Palace again whenever I come to Vrindavan.

The location was okay, with no particular complaint there. The rooms were in poor condition and didn't look like the pictures, and the washrooms weren't clean. For what I paid, I hadn't expected a room like that. Service was very poor too: we were four people in two rooms, but each room got just one 1L water bottle. They should have provided 4 L for the four of us.

The whole staff felt like family, so being here didn't feel like we were away on a trip. This has been the best hotel of my life.

The toilets, bucket, and mug were dirty, and the experience was awful for the two of us. There was construction going on, with lots of dust. They couldn't even provide a cup of tea. Avoid this place, I don't recommend staying here.
