The rooms were very nice, but service was extremely poor. There were 18 of us, yet they made tea for only three or four people at a time and breakfast for just three to five. By the time breakfast was ready, the tea had gone cold. We had no drinking water bottle provided either. We asked for seven extra tea cups and were charged 990/, which we didn’t pay. The staff were rude when we refused. We also asked them to wash the used cups, but they were left uncleaned for two days. A very bad experience with the staff.

The next morning, I found a mouse in the food at breakfast. That was very unhygienic. The hotel management needs to make sure the kitchen is properly maintained and that food hygiene is taken seriously.

There were mice in the room in the middle of the night, which was frightening and left us too unsettled to sleep comfortably. The rooms were poorly maintained. This was not acceptable, and I can’t recommend booking a stay here.

It’s a decent place to stay, with a reasonable room and bathroom. Being a mid-sized hotel, it doesn’t have heavy traffic. It’s about 200 ft off the main road, which means less traffic while still being easy to reach. The approach road is narrow, so a big car may have trouble, though battery rickshaws, autos, and scooters can get through. There may not be a restaurant, and food delivery is through online orders such as zamoto and swiggy. They do serve complimentary breakfast in the dining room, but that could use improvement.
